The style is simple and classic. It is pricey BUT it looks it. Definitely not the usual monoblock look.
We opted to purchase a 60 x 75 x 6 with polycotton cover, however we found out that the cover had a slight defect after delivery. We reached out to their customer service and was visited for a physical check-up of item. They already brought a new cover and went ahead to replace it after conducting a thorough check of the whole mattress.

Kapag inupuan or tinapakan mo malambot pero pagnakahiga ka na firm sya, di ka lulubog na para kang nalulunod, di kasing mahal ng iba, pero kung quality naman, winner! 85 kilos ako pero di mararamdaman ng katabi ko na gumagalaw ako, or tumayo ako, sobrang love ko tong mattress na to!

Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff (this does not exist in Europe). Delivered slightly earlier than foreseen. Quality is good, not your average "lazada chinese" quality - though products are expensive (for the Philippines). The thing is this good quality will last you longer than buying cheaper quality twice (or more) - it is hence a better investment when and if feasible. I will buy again from Uratex in the future!
