MAIN JOB FUNCTION
- Provide broad-based administrative and strategic support to the Corporate HROD Manager for recruitment and other HR functions as necessary. Primary responsibilities are hiring and onboarding of talents.
TALENT ACQUISITION/HIRING
- Ensure compliance and completion of pre-hiring forms (Personnel Requisition Form, Job Description, Organizational Chart, KPI, POMP, others)
- End to End Recruitment
- Manage the official corporate job board sites.
- Support all Plant HRs in sourcing and screening of candidates.
- Ensure completion of productivity tools in coordination with Plant HRs.
- Maintain and update 201 records.
REPORTS & MONITORING
- Monitor, update, and submit Corporate Recruitment reports [Hiring updates to requestors, weekly hiring report compilation, Monthly Hiring Report, New Hires Introduction, Attrition Report].
- Submit Corporate-wide recruitment reports.
- Support in the P & P Yearly Corporate HROD Report.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cupang, Muntinlupa
