Corporate Recruitment Specialist

MAIN JOB FUNCTION

  • Provide broad-based administrative and strategic support to the Corporate HROD Manager for recruitment and other HR functions as necessary. Primary responsibilities are hiring and onboarding of talents.

TALENT ACQUISITION/HIRING

  1. Ensure compliance and completion of pre-hiring forms (Personnel Requisition Form, Job Description, Organizational Chart, KPI, POMP, others)
  2. End to End Recruitment
  3. Manage the official corporate job board sites.
  4. Support all Plant HRs in sourcing and screening of candidates.
  5. Ensure completion of productivity tools in coordination with Plant HRs.
  6. Maintain and update 201 records.

REPORTS & MONITORING

  1. Monitor, update, and submit Corporate Recruitment reports [Hiring updates to requestors, weekly hiring report compilation, Monthly Hiring Report, New Hires Introduction, Attrition Report].
  2. Submit Corporate-wide recruitment reports. 
  3. Support in the P & P Yearly Corporate HROD Report.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cupang, Muntinlupa
