Just enough softness/hardness but the curve is a bit small hence my neck does not reach it and sort of floats. There is space between pillow and my neck

purchased a queen size sublime hotel edition and it was worth the price. it was comfortable, relaxing and had the real “hotel feels”.

I loooove everything about this mattress. Ever since I got it, I fall asleep so much faster and actually stay in a deep, restful sleep. Even my cat has officially switched beds, lol! He now sleeps with me more than on his own. If that’s not a seal of approval, I don’t know what is.

The pillows are nice and soft, but the bolster feels a bit firm and could use more fluff.

It’s slightly on the firm side, but still fluffy enough to be very comfortable and supportive. I’m using it in our extra room, and our guests who’ve tried it have all mentioned that they liked it and slept well!
