Great Product, but Online Shopping Experience Needs Improvement
The product itself is great and priced reasonably, but my experience purchasing it on the Uratex website was less than ideal. The site only allowed me to buy one piece of the item, which was inconvenient. As a result, I had to opt for a different item that I didn’t prefer as much, just to save on delivery costs. While the product quality is solid, the online shopping process could definitely be improved for a smoother, more flexible purchasing experience.
