In turn, Uratex has also decided to match the donation for a total of P100,000. Shown in the photo from left are: Mr. Tito Aliga, UP Engineering Research and Development Foundation, Inc. The UP COE intends to use the fund to award Thesis Support Grants (TSGs) to ten (10) less-resourced graduating students to help carry out their final research projects this AY 2018-19.  Example of thesis-related costs are fabrication of prototypes, validation tests by independent laboratories and conducting of field surveys.
