DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process purchase requests from requesting departments in a timely manner.
- Ensure timeliness of collection and properly monitoring of account receivables.
- Verify specifications and price; obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute products; obtain approval from requisitioning department. Obtain purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring, expediting
- Manage inventories (SWO1) and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Review, compare and analyze products and services to be purchased.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related course
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing function; experience in a manufacturing set-up is an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Cugman, National Highway, Cagayan de Oro City
