R&D Supervisor - Plastic Industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the supervision of plastics in the Business Unit & within the R&D.
  • Responsible for formulation development, evaluation & qualification to NPIs & VAVEs.
  • Accountability to manage the team and its people to deliver KPI Measures.
  • Formulation Development, Research Work, Cost Management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical, Material Science, Packaging science, Material Engineering or any related course.
  • At least 2 years experience in R&D Plastic, Injection Molding Industry.
  • Must have supervisory experience or lead a project.
  • Willing to work in Valenzuela City
