Trade Marketing Specialist


1. Manage his or her respective accounts under NAG (National Accounts Group) through the following efforts: 

  • Regular business performance reviews of his/her respective accounts. 
  • Management of both “Brand-initiated” and “Sales/Trade-initiated” New Product Introduction (NPI) 
  • Design and execution of timely trade and consumer promotions to meet sales objectives
  • Post-evaluation of all trade marketing programs such as trade and consumer promotions, events and activation to determine if sales objectives are met

2. Direct Selling Expenses (DSE) management and monitoring to ensure that all trade efforts are within budget.

3. Implementation and audit of “Retail Placement Standards”  

  • Implementation of display and merchandising guidelines to ensure Uratex brand and product awareness resulting in increased sell-out. 
  • Regular trade audit or store check to gather consumer insights, assess trade marketing needs and ensure the proper implementation of all trade marketing initiatives. 
4. Coordination of all trade marketing initiatives with various departments through identified and established work processes and service level agreements.


    • Graduate of BS Marketing, Management or other related courses.
    • With at least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing.
    • Highly analytical and results oriented
    • Above average communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
    • Willing to work in Cupang, Muntinlupa
