  • Turn inside out when washing.
  • Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle. 
  • Wash colors separate from whites.
  •  Use mild detergent.
  •  Do not soak, rub, or wring.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Line-dry or tumble-dry on low heat.
  •  Avoid harsh sunlight.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Iron on low setting.


Returns and Exchange Policy:

Criteria:

  • Accepted within 7 days after purchase.
  • Must have a receipt.
  • Must bring the product and packaging.
  • Linens are not used and washed.


Policy: 

  • If the customer bought the wrong size, he/she can exchange it with the store where he/she bought it from.
  •  If the customer desires for a different design and/or material than what he/she bought, he/she can exchange it with the store where he/she bought it from.
  • If the customer will exchange from a higher priced item to a lower priced item regardless of size, he/she will get a store credit of the price difference between the higher priced item and the lower priced item
  • If the customer will exchange from a lower priced item to a higher priced item regardless of size, he/she must pay the remaining balance/price difference of the lower priced item and the higher priced item.
  • If the customer will exchange within the same price, there is no need to pay anything.

Returns & Exchange Policy
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date
  • A ₱500 Service Fee applies for buildings requiring elevator access to higher floors
  • A ₱1,000 Re-delivery Fee will be charged for unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • Pull-out Fees may apply depending on your location.
