Too Big 12x24x36 (height x width x length)

Purchased this wedge pillow (12x24x36) for my wife for her hyper acidity/acid reflux/GERD. It is effective. However, 12x24x36 seems too big. I think this size is designed more for raising your leg to reduce blood buildup rather than for raising your upper body for prevention of acid reflux. I think the 12x24x24 is better for raising the upper body. But over all, it is a good product!
