Returns and Exchange Policy
Criteria:
- Accepted within 7 days after purchase.
- Must have a receipt.
- Must bring the product and packaging.
- Linens are not used and washed.
Policy:
- If the customer bought the wrong size, he/she can exchange it with the store where he/she bought it from.
- If the customer desires for a different design and/or material than what he/she bought, he/she can exchange it with the store where he/she bought it from.
- If the customer will exchange from a higher priced item to a lower priced item regardless of size, he/she will get a store credit of the price difference between the higher priced item and the lower priced item.
- If the customer will exchange from a lower priced item to a higher priced item regardless of size, he/she must pay the remaining balance/price difference of the lower priced item and the higher priced item.
- If the customer will exchange within the same price, there is no need to pay anything.
