The Multican Headliners Bag Gold Award

The Multican Headliners, our representatives from Multiflex Canlubang, was proclaimed the National Winner as they bagged the Gold Award at the 39th Productivity Improvement Circles National Competition.

Held last November 20-21 at the Marriott Hotel in Clark Pampanga, The Headliners bested 20 competing groups from various companies such as San Miguel Group of Companies, Asurion Microelectrobus, ST Electronics, Cebuana Lhulier, Yazaki Torres Phil's, EMI Yazaki, and Phil Sinter Corp.

Composed of their leader Searle Trinos; members Cecilio Jarilla, Rolly Aquino, Ronnie Perero, Daniel Lapidez, and Bienvenido Boquiron Jr.; team facilitator Sunshine Sarile; and advisor and group mentor, Mr. Danilo Diaz, the Multican Headliners’ winning entry also became the recipient of the "Green Award" during the Regional Competition at Sta. Rosa Laguna last Aug 16, 2019. It was a special award given to QCC entries with significant impact to environment, seeing as this project also contributed to material yield improvements as supplied to automotive headlining materials.

This year’s theme was "Creating Brighter Future Through TQM and Quality Circle Activities" presented by the organizing group Quality and Productivity Association of the Phil's (QPAP), Inc
